We have made sure that measurements are clear and correct on our website to ensure you have all the information you need before you purchase. Dispatch & Delivery Terms
Delivery costs
UK Mainland standard delivery (2-4 days) usually 1st Class Royal Mail, but some post might take longer.

- Dispatch: on all standard deliveries, please allow 3+ 6 days to receive your order once it has been dispatched. I will dispatch once payment has cleared and will notify you once your item has been dispatched and provide any tracking numbers available.
- I am a small business so if you have delivery requests please email us at and I will try to accommodate your needs where possible.
- I try to use packaging products that are eco friendly where possible.
- It is required that the customer inspects their order as soon as it arrives, and in the event any item is damaged during shipping to notify me immediately with photographs of the packaging, and of the item itself.
The shipping company is ultimately responsible to reimburse you for any damage that occurs during shipping. If the customer confirms receipt of the item and does not notify me of any defect within two days after the receipt, I will not be able to assist in claiming for damages caused by the shipper.me
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you love your purchases. However, if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our Returns Policy is as follows:
Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of you receiving your goods.
All items must be returned with a valid returns code and must be in pristine condition with any sleeve packaging. The customer will be responsible for goods being returned until the item is received and signed for by me.
