Your privacy is critically important to me, and I follow these core principles:

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any of my social media channels, such as Instagram, that have a separate privacy policy.

I only collect information about you if I have a reason to do so — for example, to fulfil a shop order, or to communicate with you.

  • Payment and contact information: If you buy something from me, I’ll collect information to process those payments and contact you. I will also keep a record of the purchases you’ve made.
  • Communications with me: You may also provide me with information when you contact me in regard to a design or illustration job. I will store a copy of our communications.

I use information about you for the purposes listed below:

  • To provide Services. For example, to enable you to use the WooCommerce powered shop.
  • To communicate with you. For example, by emailing you in regard to a design or illustration job.

I do not and will not share information about you to third parties, except in the case of payment processing via PayPal, which is necessary for payments to be made.  In the event that problems arise with payments, then it may be necessary to share your details with my ecommerce plugin creator WooCommerce.com, who may need information about you in order to, for example, provide technical or other support services to you. I require vendors to agree to privacy commitments in order to share information with them.

How Long I Keep Information

I generally discard information about you when it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which it is collected and  and we’re not legally required to keep it.
